Student Microscope

Inclinable through 90° on a heavy horseshoe foot which gives the microscope great stability.

The microscope is focused by a rack and pinion mechanism with a clutch system to prevent damage when the upper or lower rack stop is reached. The large stage has two locked-on stage clips, and a sub-stage five aperture disc diaphragm for a9iustment of image contrast. Illumination is by substage gimbal mounted reversible plano-concave mirror.
